Your Season Ticket contains an embedded microchip that communicates with the ticket reader at the turnstile. Please take care of your card and do not bend it or you may break the chip and your Season Ticket will not work.
To gain access to the stadium, go to one of the turnstiles printed on your Season Ticket. When you reach the turnstile, you will see a green Fortress ticket reader.
Place your Season Ticket into the ticket reader which looks as shown. You will see one of the following lights:
Q. I have a concession Season Ticket , can I upgrade this for an adult to use for a match?
A. A concession Season Ticket can be upgraded for an adult to use twice a season. Upgrade fee of £15 applies. Upgrades can be requested by calling 0141 230 1967 or by visiting the Celtic Ticket Office. A match ticket will be issued and the season ticket de-activated for the particular match.
Q. What happens if I forget to bring my Season Ticket to a match?
A. Visit the Ticket Office which is located behind the Celtic Superstore. A match ticket can be issued for your seat. A £10 fee applies.
Q. What happens if I lose/damage my Season Ticket?
A. You will need to contact the Ticket Office on 0141 230 1967 to request a replacement ticket. A £15 fee will be charged for a replacement Season Ticket.
Q. Will my Season Ticket be activated for Cup Matches?
A. We may activate Season Tickets for Cup Matches at Celtic Park. In the event that season tickets are activated for a match, information will be published on the Club website, www.celticfc.net
