    Celtic View

IN this week’s Celtic View we speak to manager, Brendan Rodgers ahead of the visit of FC Astana in the UEFA Champions League play off first leg and we also have an exclusive interview with Scott Sinclair.

Cristian Gamboa is in the Before & After hot-seat with some news about the whereabouts of Neymar’s Barcelona shirt and we also have exclusive interviews with Shaun Maloney who has just returned in a coaching capacity and Celtic legend, Roy Aitken who has just been made a Club Ambassador.

From the youth ranks this week we have PJ Crossan while we highlight the scoring exploits of Bobby Murdoch in Goals, Goals, Goals and we take a look back at Celtic’s youngest ever team in If You Know The History.

You can also WIN a pair of tickets for Celtic’s next home league game against St Johnstone and there is a superb centre-spread poster of Kieran Tierney celebrating his thunderbolt goal against Kilmarnock.

The new Celtic View is on sale from Wednesday, August 16.

    Matchday Programme

MIKAEL Lustig is the cover star for the matchday programme against Linfield tonight (Wednesday), as the Hoops aim to seal their place in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League.

The Swedish defender talks about his European hopes for the season ahead and explains why he’s loving life in Paradise.
The programme also includes a special feature with Jonathan Gould, where the former Hoops goalkeeper is interviewed by his daughter, Louise, a journalism student, and he looks back at the momentous season of 1997/98 when he was part of the Celtic squad which ‘stopped the 10’.

The programme also looks back at Celtic’s European campaigns down through the decades, while we also profile the man who got our campaign underway in Belfast last Friday night with the opening goal – the wonderful and magical Scott Sinclair.

There’s all this and much more in the official matchday programme for the Linfield game, so make sure you pick up your copy at the game tonight, Wednesday, July19.
