Minds, McGuinness & Marsden - to the Lions...

Tony Hamilton
THE 40th anniversary of the club's greatest ever single achievement in Europe - winning the European Cup in 1967 - will certainly be a night to remember for the 2,000 or so who are expected at Celtic Park on May 25.

The dinner and show in a marquee on top of the hallowed turf is a night no Hoops fan will want to miss and the line-up, in addition to the Lisbon Lions is sensational. Initially it was to be Jim Kerr and Charlie Burchill from Simple Minds who would play but now the whole band will appear, such is the love for the Lions from the giant Glasgow group.

In addition to that, one half of Max and Paddy - Patrick McGuinness - will perform live on stage and Gerry Marsden will also be on hand for the best rendition of our anthem 'You'll Never Walk Alone' at the end of what promises to be a very emotional night for everyone connected with this football club.

There are still a few places available by calling 0871 226 1888 or by emailing matchdayhospitality@celticfc.co.uk
