Samaras puts the ball in the back of the net from an offside position. Goal ruled out.

Burst of pace takes McGeady down the flank. But the winger overhits his pass for McDonald.

Crunching challenge by Diamond on McDonald adjudged to be a fair one by the referee.

Referee Iain Brines bizarrely whistles for an Aberdeen free kick after McManus has clearly been impeded by Miller.

Neat interplay by McGeady and Samaras almost sees Samaras break through.

Poor header back to Langfield by Considine almost allows McDonald to nip in and score. Celtic maintain the pressure, with McGeady's shot deflected over for a corner.

Barry Robson almost breaks through at the back post, missing Donati's cross by mere inches.

Excellent ball forward by Balde, nearly puts through McDonald. But the striker is offside.

Cross by McGeady sails inches past McDonald and almost finds Balde at the back post who stabs his shot wide.

Good ball down the left flank by Wilson sees McDonald win a corner. But the referee signals a by-kick, much to the consternation of the North and Lisbon Lion stands.

Samaras squeezes into space in the left channel, but over-runs the ball.

Referee again struggling as he awards Celtic an Aberdeen throw.

Nakamura lays in a ball to the feet of Robson who is put off balance on the edge of the box and sends his shot well wide of the target.

McGeady's shot from 25 yards is easily collected by Langfield.

Darren Young attempts to get to the byline, Hinkel's challenge sees the Dons win a corner. Considine sends his header from the set piece spinning well over the bar.

Samaras almost finds McDonald with a ball across goal which is cut out by a defender. The Greek was released by Nakamura's through ball. Samaras then sends a header spinning wide from Nakamura's resulting corner kick.

Robson wins possession, giving the ball to Nakamura, he lifts a lovely ball down the line for McGeady, whose cross is deflected out for a corner.

Wilson throw in inadvertedly headed on by Diamond, the ball goes through to Naka, who squeezes his shot wide of goal.

CELTIC SUB - Caddis on for Hinkel

Caddis lays in another excellent ball for Samaras, whose shot on the turn from the edge of the box is deflected into the arms of Langfield.

Great ball through by Nakamura puts in McDonald. His shot from a tight angle is blocked by Langfield.

Aiden McGeady sends a shot inches wide of the post.
