    Best wishes to Beram at Brighton

  • BERAM Kayal has left Celtic for Brighton & Hove Albion, signing a two-and-a-half year deal with the English Championship side until the summer of 2017.

    Beram joined Celtic in July 2010 from Maccabi Haifi, and has gone on to make 131 appearances for the club, scoring three goals. He has also played his part in the club’s recent success, as part of the squad which has won the last three league titles in a row, while he also played in the unforgettable 2-1 UEFA Champions League victory over Barcelona in November 2012.

    Beram, who has also gained nearly 30 international caps for Israel, joins Brighton subject to a successful work permit application, and everyone at Celtic wishes him every success at his new club and thanks him for his contribution to Celtic’s success over the past few seasons.
