CELTIC have today completed the signing of highly-rated Belgian defender, Jason Denayer, on a year-long loan from Manchester City.
Jason is an exciting and talented young player, who was part of the Manchester City squad during their pre-season preparations.
Already having been compared with Vincent Kompany, the Manchester City captain and his fellow countryman, 19-year-old Jason spent two years in Anderlecht’s youth side before moving to the elite Academy Jean-Marc Guillou.
Jason’s arrival at Celtic comes at the same time as Aleksandar Tonev, with the Bulgarian internationalist joining on a season-long loan from Aston Villa.
