Pass to Paradise - 5 Things You Need to Know

By: Newsroom Staff on 27 Jul, 2020 18:22

  • Following on from yesterday’s first live test match against Ross County, another 40,000 Season Ticket holders successfully logged in to the ‘Pass to Paradise’ platform today to test the live broadcast of the Champion’s final pre-season friendly against Hibernian.

Thanks again to all the Celts who joined us to check their credentials and connectivity as the Hoops signed off their pre-season schedule in style with a 3-1 victory.

This testing is vital to ensure we are ready for the Sunday’s league opener against Hamilton, so thanks to everyone who took part.

Below are some of the most common queries fielded by our technical support team during these test matches:

    1. Not received your login details? Please visit www.eticketing.co.uk/celtic to make sure your contact details are up to date. If you are new to online ticketing, use our handy ‘step by step’ guide to get started.

    2. Login to https://www.celticfcpass.com/ as early as possible for every game. Avoid leaving it to the last minute, just like with a physical Season Ticket the later you leave it, the more chance there is of queuing and missing the start of the game.

    3. If you’re experiencing buffering, try one of the four links situated below the main video player to find the stream that works best for your device and connectivity.

    4. We’ve had lots of requests for more advice on casting and are currently working on a guide to help those struggling with this.

    5. We’ll be running a final test event between the hours of 6pm and 9pm on Thursday, 30 July, it’s important that you login during this period to ensure everything is working as it should before Sunday.

If you are still having issues when on the platform, please contact our dedicated customer services team using the ‘Contact us’ buttons locate across the site or by emailing [email protected]

We encourage all fans to read our FAQs as they cover the key questions you may have for this new way of watching the Champions.
