Player of the Year Awards 2019 – one week to make your vote count

By: Newsroom Staff on 15 Apr, 2019 10:31

  • THE Bhoys caused a storm at Hampden yesterday (Sunday, April 14) as they blitzed their way into their sixth consecutive domestic cup final – but who has been your stand-out player in the green and white Hoops?

With a place in the Scottish Cup final booked, and sights set firmly on securing eight-in-a-row, the hope of more silverware is on the horizon. Later this month, however, trophies of a different kind will be up for grabs at Celtic’s 2018/19 Player of the Year Awards, which take place later this month.

The glittering ceremony celebrates the achievements of the first-team, Women’s team and Academy team players, and offers supporters the chance to have their say in who walks away with the coveted prizes on the night.

With just one week left to go before voting closes, don’t miss your chance to have your say!

Visit our Player of the Year 2019 website to cast your vote in all three of the following categories:

    - Celtic Player of the Year (sponsored by Dafabet)

    - Goal of the Season (sponsored by Magners)

    - Young Player of the Year (sponsored by Scottish Centre for Excellence in Dentistry & PWR Pack Ltd)

To vote for your favourite in these categories, simply register on the Player of the Year website and then cast your votes!

There are some strong contenders up for each award, but the winner is up to you!

Voting closes at 5pm on Monday, April 22 - make your vote count today!

The winners will be announced at the Celtic Player of the Year Awards 2019 on Sunday, April 28.

Please note, the event has already sold out.
