William Hill Scottish Cup Final post-match activity

By: Newsroom Staff on 16 May, 2018 16:11

  • CELTIC Football Club is pleased to outline its post-match plans for this evening, providing important information to supporters.

The club will stage an open-top bus procession this evening.

The open top bus procession would begin at the area of Dalmarnock Train Station at approximately 6:30pm. It will travel along the Clyde Gateway, turn right on to London Road and then on to the Celtic Way.

    bus route

The club has issued a map (above) outlining the route and supporters are encouraged to follow this information carefully.

There was an opportunity to stage a similar end of season event on Sunday, connected to the Scott Brown Testimonial match. However, following safety advice, the Saturday evening has been deemed a more appropriate time.

    Supporters' Bus Parking
The Emirates Arena have kindly offered free parking for supporters' buses. This will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Supporters' Car Parking
The club will offer free car parking in the Clyde Gateway car park (to the West of the stadium) and the Lisbon Lions 2 car park (to the East of the stadium), also on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Disabled Supporters' Access
A limited number of car parking spaces for disabled supporters will be available on a first-come, first-served basis behind the Lisbon Lions Stand. A disabled viewing platform on the Celtic Way is also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Public Transport
There is no disruption expected and Scotrail services through Dalmarnock Station are scheduled to run as normal. Please check regularly with Scotrail for the latest travel updates.

The map (above) outlines the route the procession would take, and in the event of a Celtic victory, supporters are encouraged to follow this information carefully.
