By: Newsroom Staff on 27 Oct, 2017 14:05

  • THE champions are back in action at Celtic Park this weekend, with Kilmarnock the visitors for a 3pm kick-off on Saturday (October 28).

Victory over the Ayrshire side would see the Bhoys match the club’s 100-year-old record of 62 domestic games without a loss - set by Willie Maley’s team between 1915 and 1917.

It’s also the first opportunity for supporters to celebrate receiving the 2017 FIFA Best Fan Award at Celtic Park with photo opportunities with the trophy available both pre and post-match.

Tickets are selling fast, but there’s still time to secure a seat at Paradise to see the Hoops in action when you buy online, by calling 0871 226 1888* or in person from the Ticket Office.

Here’s everything you need to know ahead of the game:

    9am: Celtic Superstore opens
Pop in to pick up your matchday essentials pre-match with Home and Away Kit both back in stock. You can also be among the first to get your hands on the Manager’s official Autobiography, with Brendan Rodgers: The Road to Paradise released on Saturday and available to buy in-store, priced £20.

    10:30am: Ticket Office opens

The Ticket Office will remain open until kick-off at 3pm for those looking to buy or collect tickets for the match. For those looking to plan ahead this season, tickets are also available to buy for Celtic’s upcoming SPFL home games against Motherwell, Hamilton, Partick Thistle and Aberdeen.

    Foodbank Collection

The Green Brigade are holding their annual foodbank collection outside the stadium and fans are asked to show their world-famous generosity by bringing a donation. There will be a number of collection points around the stadium – CLICK HERE to find out more.

    11:30am: Kerrydale Bar opens

Open to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis. The lounge and food court will be open until kick-off at 3pm with Liam McGrandles providing the live entertainment.

12pm: Get your selfie with the FIFA Best Fan Award

We’re giving supporters the chance to have a photo taken with #thebest FIFA Fan Award on a specially-built stage, situated at the front of the stadium. Photo opportunities will be available pre-match from 12noon until 2:45pm and again post-match until 6pm.

There is only one trophy so please arrive early to make the most of this opportunity.

    1:30pm: Stadium opens

The Celtic Family Stand (Sections 115-117 of Lisbon Lions Lower) will have plenty of family fun for all ages with a visit from the TOPPS team who’ll have free Match Attax cards for young fans, plus a visit from Hoopy the Huddle Hound pre-match too.

Pick up your copy of the latest edition of the Celtic View pre-match, together with the Official Matchday Programme for a special combined price of just £5 (a saving of £1.45).

Paradise Windfall tickets will be available to buy throughout the stadium ahead of the game, with the draw taking place at half-time. Look out for Windfall staff wearing their famous yellow jerseys and for just £2 per ticket you can be in with a chance to win £10,000!

    2.45pm:

Take your seat early to watch the warm-up, after which club captain Scott Brown will present the FIFA Best Fan Award to supporters, a thank you on behalf of the team and club for your amazing support.

3:00pm: Kick-off. Come on you Bhoys in green!

For fans who missed their photo opportunity with the FIFA Best Fan Award before kick-off, there will be more photo opportunities at the front of the stadium after the final whistle, until 6pm.

    4:45pm: Kerrydale Bar re-opens

After the final whistle, Liam McGrandles will be back to provide the post-match entertainment until the Kerrydale Bar closes at 6pm.

Thank you for being the best fans in the world!
