CELTIC Youth Academy striker Jack Aitchison netted two goals to help Scotland’s under-17s to an emphatic 6-1 victory against Montenegro last Friday, with his Hoops team-mate Kerr McInroy (pictured above) also netting one of Scotland's goals.
And the Celtic duo also helped Scotland beat Serbia 1-0 in the UEFA Under-17 Championship Elite Round fixtures.
Celtic defenders Daniel Church, Robbie Deas and Stephen Welsh were also all in the squad that helped Scotland take a maximum six points, putting them within touching distance of a fourth successive under-17s final tournament.
Scotland sit top of their qualifying group ahead of their last game of the group stages against Switzerland this Wednesday, and Scott Gemmill’s team only need one point to ensure their place in May’s finals, which take place in Croatia.
