Booking terms and conditions

1.     A provisional booking can be held for 14 days and the booking will automatically be released if your deposit is not received
2.     A reservation will not be treated as confirmed unless a deposit of £10 per person is received
3.     Deposits are strictly non-refundable. Full balance for Party Nights is due no later than Friday 22 November 2013
4.     Any cancellations must be communicated in writing by the party organiser and cannot be accepted via telephone
5.     In the event of cancellation, balance of monies, less deposit, will be refunded as follows:
a.     14 days or less - no refund
b.     More than 14 days but less than 28 - 50%
c.     More than 28 days but less than 56 - 70%
6.     Non payment of final balance by the due date will render the contract void
7.     Dress code: smart/casual - no trainers or sportswear
8.     Celtic Hospitality reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove any person whose condition is likely to interfere with the function
9.     Celtic Hospitality reserves the right to amend or alter advised menu/programme of events
10.   In the event of any function having insufficient numbers, Celtic Hospitality reserves the right to cancel an event in which case an alternative date or full refund of monies will be given
11.   Celtic Hospitality do not accept liability for non completion of event due to strikes, riots, adverse weather conditions, loss, damage or cancellation due to fire, flood or any cause beyond their control
12.  The Company may cancel a function at anytime in order to fulfil football fixture list requirements. If that occurs, any monies paid by the Client shall be refunded in full but no further payments shall be due to the Client.
