Thomas Gravesen

Spent season 2007/2008 on loan at former club Everton. The 31-year-old Danish midfielder joined Celtic from Real Madrid in 2006 and immediately impressed with a passionate and energetic performance in the heart of the midfield against Aberdeen. Gravesen began his career with hometown club, Vejle Boldklub before earning cult hero status in Germany with Hamburger SV and in the English Premiership with Everton. He won the SPL and Scottish Cup in his first season with Celtic and scored two vital goals in derby matches against Rangers.
