Paul Hartley
• The lifelong Celtic supporter signed for the club in January 2007 from Hearts and helped the Hoops win a league and cup double in his first few months with the club.
• Paul's first goal was a vital header against Spartak Moscow in a UEFA Champions League qualifier in Russia.
• Prior to joining Hearts from St Johnstone in May 2003, he had spells at Hamilton, Millwall, Raith Rovers and Hibernian.
• He made a total of 149 appearances for the Tynecastle side, scoring 38 goals, which included 16 out of 16 penalties.
• Alongside Barry Robson in the heart of the Celtic midfield, Paul's drive, tenacity and composure in the holding role proved to be crucial in the closing stages of the 2007/08 championship-winning season.
• Paul continued to be a regular in 2008/09 when he helped Celtic win the Co-operative Insurance Cup. That medal added to his two SPL titles and Scottish Cup for Celtic.
