Artur Boruc

• Goalkeeper celebrated his 28th birthday on Wednesday, February 20, the same day Celtic took on Barcelona.
• He joined Celtic in June 2005 from Legia Warsaw and in January this year signed a new deal that will see him remain at Celtic until at least 2011.
• He has won 21 caps for Poland and is set to play for his country at the forthcoming Euro 2008 tournament in Switzerland and Austria.
• This season, 2007/08, Artur has had 15 clean sheets in his 41 games.
Overall, he has 50 clean sheets in his 132 games for Celtic.
• He has won two League Championship medals with Celtic, as well as a CIS Cup medal in 2006 and a Scottish Cup winner’s medal in 2007.
• Artur was out of action for most of December 2007 after undergoing knee surgery.
• He has kept five clean sheets in his 12 games against Rangers ahead of the final derby match of seaosn 2007/08.
