The message I want does not fit within the character guidelines – can I pay extra to have these added?
Unfortunately not. Each brick/paving stone comes as a standard size, and you cannot pay to have additional characters added.
I want to order 2 bricks/paving stones; can I have these placed together?
Celtic cannot guarantee that brick/paving stone will be placed together, however the day after you have placed your order, you can contact us on 0141 551 4391 to put in a request. This will not guarantee that the bricks/paving stones will be placed together, however we will endeavour to accommodate all requests.
I want my brick to be low down / high up / eye level.
We cannot guarantee the height that your brick will be placed at, and we do not take requests with regards to height levels. All bricks will however be placed within visible sight lines, and will all be readable from ground level.
I want my brick on a specific wall.
Celtic FC will choose the location of each brick, and requests for specific locations cannot be taken.
I ordered a brick/paving stone a few weeks ago, and I still haven’t heard anything?
Firstly, please check your bank account, credit statement or record of payment. If the money was taken over 2 weeks ago – please contact us on 0141 551 4391 in order to query the status of your order. Anything less than this, please wait until roughly 2 weeks have passed from the date of ordering before contacting us.
I don’t want to order this online, can I order any other way?
You can print off the application form and post this in to Celtic Way Paving Stones, Celtic Football Club, 95 Kerrydale Street, Glasgow, G40 3RE, enclosing a cheque, postal order or card details, or apply in person at any Celtic retail outlet. Cheque should be made payable to Celtic FC Limited.CLICK HERE to download the form. Alternatively please call us on 0141 551 4391.
I need my order processed quickly.
Unfortunately due to the high number of orders we receive, we generally cannot process certificates any quicker than we do at the moment. If you are in urgent need for this, you can call us on 0141 551 4391, and we will endeavour to help you with your request. (We generally ask that if this is the case, you will have to collect your certificate in person from the Celtic Superstore at Celtic Park at a time designated by ourselves). These requests will not however be met over the Christmas period due to high demand.
When will my brick/paving stone be up?
If you have bought a Stadium or North Stand Brick then it will be up within ten weeks. Celtic Way Paving Stones will be laid in phases to protect the look of the stadium. The timings of this will be dependant on the sales. We will strive to ensure that they are laid within a reasonable timescale. If you notice any brick mistakes or would like to make any word changes please notify us within five days of receiving your certificate. You should normally receive these within two weeks of placing your order.
When will my replica be delivered?
Replica Celtic Way Paving Stones and Stadium Bricks will be delivered 8-10 weeks after the order has been placed placed.
Why am I being charged £4.95 UK postage & packaging for a Replica Brick/Paving Stone?
The replica bricks/paving stones are packaged in a protective box so that they are not damaged during transit.
